Account Verification After Login In Betone
After you sign in, Betone may ask you to verify your account to meet KYC and anti-fraud checks. The request can appear as a banner in your profile, during a withdrawal attempt, or right after you update sensitive account details.
Verification is required before Betone approves withdrawals, and it can also be triggered when your deposit or withdrawal pattern changes, when the system flags unusual login activity (new device, new country, VPN/proxy), or when your personal details don’t match across the account fields.
Most checks follow a simple flow: you upload documents in the verification area, Betone reviews them, and you receive a status update (approved, rejected, or “needs re-upload”). Rejections usually come from blurred photos, cropped corners, expired documents, or mismatched names and dates of birth.
- ID: Government-issued passport, national ID card, or driving licence. Betone typically needs a clear photo/scan showing full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and all four corners.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter showing your full name and current residential address. Betone usually accepts documents dated within the last 3 months.
- Payment method: Proof that the payment method belongs to you. For cards, this is commonly a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits with the middle digits covered; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the account page showing your name and account ID/email; for bank transfers, a statement with your name and IBAN/account number.
- Selfie / liveness: A selfie holding your ID, or a short liveness check in-app. Betone uses this to match the document to the person controlling the account.
- Source of funds (if requested): Payslips, tax documents, bank statements, or proof of business income. Betone requests this when transaction volumes increase or when compliance rules require extra checks.
